Ellen began her advertising career at Atlanta's largest new-home marketing firm, Morris and Raper. As V.P of Sales and Marketing, she was responsible for the sales and marketing of 12 residential communities. Her client list included Drees Homes, Monarch Homes, Countryside Ivestment Corporation and Highland High Homes.
After 4 years in the corporate world, Ellen decided to go off on her as a consultant for the Builder Marketing Group to focus exclusively on advertising. Her top client was the 7'th largest volume builder in metropolitan Atlanta.
From there, Ellen landed in Chicago (fulfilling her dream to live in the "Windy City" and rollerblade along Lake Michigan) and joined Brian Keith Advertising, a Chicago agency that specialized in Real Estate.
In 1997, Ellen accepted a high-profile position as Account Supervisor at The Boston Group, an award-winning agency specializing in financial services. Her client list included PNC Bank, Stein Roe Mutual Funds, and New York Life. In 2006, Ellen joined forces with Rich Carlson.
